How SMILE by Rudy Long was created

The boy who didn't like cleaning became a man who found strength, a system... and a smile in it. My name is Rudy Long and I'll admit it straight away - I didn't have to clean once. I wasn't the type who would happily vacuum. But life took me on a journey that changed everything. I left Slovakia for a better life and new countries gave me not only work, but also life lessons. The first was abroad - cleaning houses.

And that's where I first encountered professional cleaning products. They worked perfectly. I wanted to buy them for my home, but I found out that they were only intended for hotels and companies. They were not commonly available. I changed jobs, moved, but I started cleaning my own way - at home, in England, later in Switzerland. In the hotels where I did housekeeping, I rediscovered the power of professional products. And I became increasingly aware that order and cleanliness change not only the house, but also the mood.

Literally - I had a smile on my face after cleaning.

And when I was cleaning the house, my wife had a double smile! I noticed that a clean space = a happy person . Everyone who says: “Phew, it’s finally cleaned!” smiles at the same time. This moment connected with my life motto on social networks: “ Laughter is the best medicine .” And so, when DIH Company from the Czech Republic approached me with an offer to cooperate with the vision of creating a brand, cleaning products that are as effective as hotel ones, biodegradable and with a certificate, I didn’t hesitate for a second . And the name? It came naturally: SMILE by Rudy Long – because a clean home will make you smile .
